Giannis and Nikoleta live in Munich, but they dreamed of marrying in Greece, on Christmas Day itself, at Saint Andrew's in Patras. Gold and red carried the whole design: roses with holly berries and fir on the candles, gold candelabras and tall trumpet vases, candlelight everywhere against the marble.

At Panagiotopoulos Estate in Lampiri, the long reception table was dressed in red accents, berries and greenery in gold lanterns, a grand, warm celebration in the middle of winter.
