For Vasiliki's baptism, a ballerina danced beside the water: wooden figures in pink tutus on the palm trees of Olympico in Rio, crowned with hydrangeas, roses and eucalyptus, and a candy bar set up with an open view of the sea.

Pink runners and hanging hoop centerpieces of spray roses on the tables, cupcakes topped with gold pointe shoes, ballerina cookies, a wish book with a wooden ballerina on its cover, and gold geometric details tying the whole picture together.
